This stunning home on Phillip Island can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests with four bedrooms and two bathrooms, making it the perfect choice for families or groups of friends.

THE SPACE
The perfect location for holidaying! Only a 4-minute walk to the beach and plenty of parks nearby, it is perfect to have a picnic or take your little ones for a play.

The Blue Goose is an architecturally designed industrial-style home, including a magnificent entertaining deck where family and friends can wine and dine in style and enjoy a BBQ whilst basking in the serenity. You will be blown away with this well-designed home that sleeps 8 guests.

The master bedroom and ensuite are on the upper level, with the kitchen, dining lounge and powder room for convenience. The large deck area allows you to appreciate the stunning views while enjoying a BBQ with family and friends. There are three bedrooms and a shared bathroom on the ground level with a second living area and laundry. The laundry room is well-equipped with a washing machine and dryer.

It’s the perfect place to make memories with your family, with plenty of room for the kids to play. A residence where you can enjoy your time away and just unwind.

Enhanced by its meticulously landscaped gardens and a fully enclosed yard, this home offers a picturesque setting.

The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants, so we only rent to mature guests that will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying; loud parties are prohibited.

Bedroom 4 – 1x Queen size bed – Sleeps 2

What to bring: fitted sheets, flat sheets, pillowcases, beach towels, bath towels, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats.

Guests have the choice of:

BYO Linen / Towels - Guests bring their own fitted sheets, flat sheets and pillowcases for each bed. Guests also bring their own beach, bath and tea towels along with hand towels and bathmats. Refer to the home’s description for the bedding configurations.

Linen Set Hire - Guests can hire full linen set for $30 per bed which includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet and pillowcases. Bunk beds are classed as two beds. All beds are the same price.

Towel Set Hire - Guests can hire a towel set for $10 per person which includes 1 bath towel and 2 tea towels (for only the first ordered towel set).

Bathroom Set Hire - Guests can hire a bathroom set for $10 per bathroom which includes a bathmat and hand towel.

Delivery Fee - If any items are hired, there will be a one-off delivery/set-up fee of $40.

If the stay is longer than 7 days, ask management for any additional pricing. For linen or towel hires, advise Ready Set Stay with 48 hours' notice as last-minute requests may not be possible. Lost or damaged hired linen/towels may incur costs. Ready Set Stay will assume no linen or towel sets are requested for hire unless advised.

We ask all guests to please clean the BBQ after use, or a $50 fee will be charged.

NEIGHBOURHOOD
The neighbourhood is safe and family-friendly. There is a guest guidebook at the home with recommendations on what to do in the area, this gives dining options and local attraction suggestions. If you would like a copy of this before your stay, please let us know and send us your email address. If you need any advice, we are happy to assist.

GETTING AROUND
There is parking available for your stay. We can provide parking information if required. Please ask us any questions.

ADDITIONAL RULES
Strictly no schoolies, parties or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called this could affect your bond and we reserve the right to evict guests.

Bookings can only be confirmed once the verification process has been completed.
