The Space:

Set up to cater to families and friends, the three-bedroom property lies within Noosa Sound, a prestigious canal-based estate that is home to some of the area’s most exclusive properties. And with decorative influences that range across soft and vibrant colours, beautiful patterns, the extensive use of timber and vibrant artworks, the appeal here is clear.

The heart of the home is a connected lifestyle hub that features a fully equipped kitchen flowing to a dining zone and positioned besides a spacious and comfortable lounge. The spaces flow out to an alfresco entertaining hub, which includes a barbecue, table and chairs for outdoor dining and sun loungers ideal for enjoying moments of chill overlooking the inviting inground pool, emerald green lawn and lush green plantings. It’s privacy in paradise with a true sense of tranquillity.

For visitors keen to explore the coast’s tourist attractions, a short walk leads through to the cosmopolitan Hastings St precinct, where retailers and restaurateurs anchor the vibrant offerings. Browse and buy or take a day or night off from cooking to sample some of the delicious and seasonal fare that has turned Noosa chefs into household names. Indulge as much as you fancy – knowing you can work some of it off on the short walk home.

A short distance beyond the commercial precinct lies the beautiful natural wonders of Main Beach, with its wide expanse of golden sand fringing crystal clear waters that lead the eyes out towards the horizon. Also in close proximity are an acclaimed surf break and the lush environs of Noosa National Park, which offer an irresistible invitation to discover the local flora and fauna. Other must-sees include Tea Tree and Granite bays or one of the other myriad breaks that dot the coastline, enticing surfers to tackle the waves on their board.

Whatever activities you decide to pursue, it’s all within a short walk or drive of your beautiful home away from home, where you can plan for the next day’s adventures while recovering from today’s. The Neighborhood:

Noosa is recognised as a UNESCO biosphere reserve, this chic coastal town is surrounded by bay, beach, National Park and river. Visitors to Noosa love to swim at Noosa Main Beach, surf the Noosa World Surfing Reserve, walk the Noosa National Park’s stunning forest and coastal trails or picnic as the sun sets over the hinterland behind the river mouth. Home to iconic Hastings Street, which is famous for its shopping and dining, Noosa’s main beach is lined with restaurants, cafes, bars and an eclectic array of boutiques, homeware stores, galleries, and surf stores.

Noosa Junction or as it is affectionately known by locals, ‘The Junga’ is a buzzing little village just over the hill from Hastings Street, ‘The Junga’ is home to a wonderful world of bars, restaurants, live music, coffee shops, fashion boutiques, laneways, night markets, street art and photo galleries.

With the Noosa River winding through its heart and river hire businesses dotted along its 2km of grassy foreshore, Noosaville is a lively centre of aquatic activities including swimming, stand-up paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing and jet skiing. Restaurants, cafes and bars on both Gympie Terrace and Thomas Street, many with stunning views of the Noosa River, serve up tastes from around the world as well as contemporary Australian fare that cater to all tastes and budgets. Noosa ferry’s custom-built classic riverboats cruise between Hastings Street, Noosaville and Tewantin (Noosa Marina) with seven stops along the Noosa River with a one-way trip taking about 40 minutes.
