A wonderful weekend in Kelowna. Check in was very straightforward and all of my guests loved Tyler's well appointed apartment. We made good use of the kitchen, deck and in-house games. It was an easy walk to the waterfront and all of the restaurants in town. Would definitely book again.

We have stayed close to this property before. We like to have the options to walk through the downtown area and it is easy to get tothe parts of the city when we need to. We did not use the building amenities as we had many commitments during our stay.

Communication with the host was excellent. The property was in an excellent location and overall quite clean. The host was willing to allow a later checkout which we appreciated. Unfortunately we were not aware the hot tub was closed when we visited mid-April. The hot tub is one reason we chose this property. The beds were nice and a good size but the master creaked every time someone rolled over. Overall these were minor issues.

Our 1st stay in this property/ 1st review of it.We are 2 guests from Edmonton who know downtown Kelowna well. Would stay again? YesProperty clean? Yes [also bright, painted in modern white]Host/Owner interactions: Top notch [timely, courteous, helpful]Check in procedure: Excellent written instructions given; easy to follow/check inBuilding notes: modern [age appropriate] well maintained, secure, cleanParking: Very convenient, secure, well lit, underground, temperature controlledView: Balcony facing Northeast. Direct sun on balcony only in the early morning. No lake view. Parking lot view but also full view on Knox Mountain. Of note, even the balcony & the outside chairs & table were clean on arrival. This is not always the case. Spending time on the balcony was quiet & comfortable.Amenities: Pool/poolside experience is excellent. Lots of lounge chairs tables with normal chairs for dining. 2 hot tubs. Grills available for self serve cooking. Everything clean & maintained. We used in suite laundry with no issues. No cable TV service such as Rogers/SHAW or TELUS. Smart TVs have ROKU and allow for your streaming accounts to be watched. Other notes: The lighting in the bathrooms is dimmer than ideal, new bulbs may make a difference but it's unlikely that the owner would be able to add more lighting fixtures. Overall thoughts: If you want to be in downtown Kelowna, we would consider this property to be well above average in cleanliness, comfort & location.

Spacious suite. Love the fact that both bedrooms had an ensuite bathroom. The facilities are great. We utilize the fitness room in the hot tub daily. Short walk to downtown did not need to rent a car for anything, which was wonderful. My only feedback would be that there is only one key fob available and when traveling with another couple, it made it a bit difficult to use the facilities and manage in and out when we were doing separate activities.We did not utilize the kitchen because we went out to eat everyday but the kitchen was set up very nicely and very clean. So if you plan on cooking, it's a nice setup! One of the individuals that were with our group had to work two of the days and the internet was fast and they had no interruptions with their virtual meetings. Beds were extremely comfortable and the pillows were wonderfully squishy!The host was fantastic! Our flight got in a little bit early and he accommodated us immediately with early entry into the suite so that we could put our luggage away and get settled in. Very responsive with messages!
