This medium sized first floor apartment features a sperate living area with a 55” Sony LED television, full size kitchen, coffee machine, microwave and dining table. The small bedroom is located onto Egan Street and includes a double sized bed, and private ensuite. The apartment is shielded from Hoddle street, with windows facing onto Egan Street, and has low level noise internally.
Access to the garden area is available to guests between 4pm and 8pm daily.
About the Grosvenor The building was established in the late 1900’s and has served as a family home, and more recently used to provide emergency accommodation. Grosvenor was purchased in 2022, renovated and updated to provide accommodation for the modern day traveller while maintaining its original character of high ceilings and the quirks that come with old age.

Multicultural Richmond is best known for Victoria Street, or “Little Saigon”, with its bustling Asian grocery stores and eateries serving pho and bánh mì. Shoppers head to Bridge Road factory outlets for clothing, or to Church Street for furniture and design stores. Many of Richmond’s 19th-century hotels have been turned into happening bars, including the Corner Hotel, popular for its live indie gigs.
Parking We do not offer parking, however secure paid overnight parking is available at 35 Elizabeth Street, Richmond which is 450m /6min walk from the accommodation. There is also some limited free after hours street parking on New Street. Parking around the area immediate area is a mixture of permitted and times parking. We recommend that you check signage as the local council's parking inspectors are active at all time of the day and evenings.
