Nice unit, conveniet location.

Overall - good value, fit our purpose for a simple place to stay, supplies are adequate. Some suggestions for improvement. (1) Use of keys for the door upstairs not included. Took many trial and error to find out how to lock the door. (2) Received a "securit code" from VRBO. Don't know what is for. (3) Bathroom - shower stall water does not drain completely; no hook to hang towel/change of clothing; bodywash is on the floor of shower stall - would be much nicer if it is accesible without bending down. (4) Instructions in the book gives the wrong impression that we can control the thermostate, (5) Parking - need to receive assurance that I can park off the stree and on the driveway - especially during winter time.

I am sorry that you had an experience due to lack of your knowledge. The arrival guide that is provided to you is explaining step by step with pictures how to get inside unit. We clearly state that this unit is not coming with a parking. But although I gave you one spot to park. Its shame to have un grateful guest who think they are checked in to 5 star hotel while we are just home owners trying to give our best service to our guests. You dont speak about how clean and great everything was. Gave us 3 star because you had to bend over and pick ip shampoo ? Or what.
