Good location/Easy stay

We were there for a short visit to Seine River Retirement Home. This spot had great access to south St. Vital and all its amenities-even a coin laundry on St.Anne’s Road if you do need to do a quick load of laundry!

Fabulous place to stay in Bonavista

Comfortable, well appointed suite with nice kitchenette. A little noise transfer from upstairs at meal times but less than you’d get at most hotels. Was a great size for a couple. Would stay again if I’m area.

Very responsive owners. It’s a basement suite so you do hear some noises but it did not bother us.

Awesome stay

We had a great time during our stay. Abdul was very easy to communicate with and he was responsive to all our needs. The apartment is very comfortable, neat and beautifully decorated with its own private entrance. The property is in a safe location, with lots to do nearby. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property!

Our Stay

Our host was friendly, responsive and helpful. The place was clean and well looked after. A few constructive suggestions for a new host. Have an outside light on when guests arrive at night time. Provide more towels. Have a couple of waters and pops in the fridge. The place was advertised as having rear parking and it was only street parking. Have a keurig k-cup cover maker instead of a perculator. Most guests are on the go and just want one quick coffee in the morning. All of these are fairly minor but would make a guests stay more pleasant and increase the likelihood of return bookings.

First of all thank you for booking, it is clearly stated that we only offer street packing which is free all day. Also we typically provide 1 towel for short stays and offer additional towels if a guest demand for more. Lastly we have an outside light which is always switched on 24/7 a day.

The place was nice the location wasn’t great for me,but the price was good. Had a hard time getting in because the pin pad wasn’t working properly so I had to text the owner but he was extremely apologetic about the situation. It was very comfortable, but I’d wish I’d asked for a blanket for the bed . The shelve in the bathroom was broken above the toilet.OVERALL A 9/10
