This 1800 square foot 3 bedroom 2 bath with private den that can be closed off and used as a fourth bedroom with a sleeper sofa, is located in one of downtown Napa's charming historical neighborhoods. After a long day exploring downtown Napa draw a bath in the vintage claw foot tub or gaze at the garden as you enjoy that special bottle of wine you picked up at one of downtown Napa's many tasting rooms. Other features include gas stove, TV/DVD in the den, TV/DVD in the master suite, free Wi-Fi and a gas grill.

We loved the location and the back porch area of the house. It rained the entire 4 days we were there, but sitting on the covered porch was nice. Beautiful back yard with fruit trees and flowers. The house was well stocked with everything we needed as well.

We had a wonderful stay in Napa. We went with 2 other couples and there was plenty of space. Location was good, a short lyft ride to downtown Napa. Neighborhood was cute. Kitchen was well stocked. Overall, a very enjoyable stay.

Lovely home with three bedrooms and a den with a foldout couch. The house is an easy walk to downtown. Beautiful backward with a lemon tree! Host was very responsive. Home was sleep and comfortable. If I return to Napa I'd happily stay here again.

Cozy Cottage in Perfect Location

We loved our 3 nights in this adorable cottage! The home was clean and inviting, and the backyard was amazing for gathering and enjoying meals! The location was perfect with a very short walking distance to Starbucks and the adorable Butter Cream bakery and Cafe just around the corner. We walked to the downtown area for dinners and shopping! We would definitely recommend this home and would definitely re-book for another stay:)

Easy drive to wineries and close to downtown. Dated decor, but clean. All mattresses need upgrading. Kitchen is well-outfitted, especially for coffee drinkers.

Perfect for a girls weekend

We had a group of 5 and were perfectly comfortable in the house. The property owner was so communicative and helpful, especially when our original flight plans were slightly changed. We loved the cozy interior and the cute backyard. The house was a convenient drive to anything you want to do in the area. We loved it!

The house worked perfectly for our long weekend in town. We were in town for music so walking to the amphitheater was very easy. Everything in the house and backyard were as advertised. We will be back no doubt!!

The property was average at best. The home could have been cleaner from silverware drawers, appliances and furniture covers. The sofa cover was so bad we had to remove it . Front door pad lock system didn’t operate correctly would not lock when exiting. One Smoke alarm battery was low ( 2020) and continued to go off during the night. I would not stay here again for the listed price.

Great Little Getaway!

Great place, great location

I stayed here with a few old friends for a long weekend and some concerts at Oxbow. This place was excellent. Clean, comfortable. Awesome backyard. Easily accessible to shops, restaurants, bars, etc. We were able to walk to/from the downtown area of Napa in about 10-15 mins. Highly recommended.

Solid spot

Stayed here with six total adults and one toddler for a wine weekend. The house provided us with all of our needs. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the supplies that we needed. The bedrooms and common areas were what we expected. The backyard was quite nice, I wish that we had more time to relax and enjoy it. The one thing I'd warn about is the downstairs bathtub. It's quite a step up to get into and out of, so difficult for people with any sort of mobility issues. Also we never figured out how to adequately shut the curtain so the floor got wet everytime the shower was used. Thanks for a great stay.
