About this property

WATERFRONT, private, peaceful, quiet and clean. The BEST views on Put in Bay.


Lakefront Put-in-Bay paradise on 5 acres with over 300 feet of lake frontage. Beautiful views of Kelleys Island, Pelee Island and Cedar Point. Enjoy fishing, swimming, or just relaxing on the large deck. Our home has 2000+ SF of living space, 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, and will accommodate up to 10 guests. A perfect place for the family to gather. Why would you choose a condo with out of control neighbors when you can have this peacefulness. Absolutely no bachelor or bachelorette parties. Owner operated and maintained.

-1 queen bed and one twin bed in the third bedroom (down)

-All bedding and towels are provided



Restrictions: no bachelor or bachelorette parties, no smoking in the house
50% rental deposit due upon booking, balance due 60 days prior to arrival.
No Saturday check-ins or check-outs

Map and directions:
Our home is located about a mile east of downtown Put-in-Bay on SR 357.(Columbus Ave) The driveway will be on you right hand side. It is the third driveway past Champagne Lane. Look for the Lakefront Farm Sign. Follow the driveway all the way back to the lake.

Our group of friends had the best weekend at Skip’s property! Incredibly private and such a gorgeous property. Communication was excellent and Skip was such an accommodating host. The house was super clean and the kitchen was well stocked with appliances and amenities. I would love to stay here again!

We have stayed here before. It's the best place on PIB! The house is large with plenty of room and 3 bathrooms. The kitchen is well-stocked. The view of the lake is incredible, and sitting on the deck having a meal and looking out at the water is the best. The owner is nice and helpful.

They thought of everything

We are an extended family of 7 with a handicap person, and the space was perfect. The amenities were plenty and we had everything we needed and more, which is great when you are going to an island.We were there off season but that is exactly what we wanted. The house was clean and spacious.

The 4 bedroom home is located on a private lot with views directly on the lake. The home was well furnished with all we needed. Everything was clean and well organized. Skip, the host/owner, met us for check-in and was very attentive and friendly. The fire ring on the beach was a nice touch! This home is definitely on our list for another stay.

One of the best views of anywhere I've ever stayed, and a nicely updated home. Nothing at all like a typical lake house dump! If we return to PIB, this will be the first place we check. Skip is a great owner too!

the house and grounds exceeded expectations....it was a great location... our host met us early, gave us a short and sweet orientation and had our golf carts (rented from him on site!) ready early so we could explore upon arrival until check in. We have already booked for next year

Perfect location!!

This was the perfect location for a getaway on the island! Close enough to the Boardwalk yet far enough away from all the crowds. We had our very own private beach with a fire ring and enjoyed every minute of the views. Skip was very nice. He was at the property to welcome us and went over details when we arrived. This place even has golf carts to rent which was very convenient for our group. We look forward to going back next year.
