These recently renovated cottages are in the heart of Rockaway Beach and sit just across the road from beachfront access while also being a short walk from countless restaurants, shopping, and entertainment options.



With most everything being remodeled and upgraded, you will find the cottages strike that perfect balance of style and comfort. The unit comes with a kitchenette making it easy to store food as well as whip up a quick meal whenever you desire. Additionally each unit has a small patio area as well as a shared seating area under the gazebo.



The location is absolutely incredible and will make as a perfect location to adventure up and down the coast. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions at all.



PET FRIENDLY: *There is a $50 fee per pet with a maximum of 1 pet. Although we are pet-friendly please note your pet must not be left unattended at the house without you present, even if in a crate/kennel. Failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. **

It was suupper good location. However I don’t think ours was very clean. Especially the floors. There was a huuge wad of hair under the table and I found some fake eyelashes that weren’t mine just hanging out on the floor. But other than that it seemed the place was nice and served the purpose we needed

At first it was freezing cold in the room, but once I was able to figure out the heating system it was very comfortable afterwards. Cute little place for a short stay at the coast for one or two people.

Loved our stay, extremely clean & cozy! We wanted to stay a couple more days but unfortunately they were booked so the owner suggested a place for us, he was right it was also good! Two totally different stays but both good. Kudos to him for the suggestion! We would definitely stay here again!

The host checked in multiple times to ask if there was anything they could do to earn excellent ratings. We chose this Vrbo mostly due to its ratings and that it was dog-friendly. However, we would like to inform folks of things not in the control of the host (that we wish we would've known prior to booking): 1) This unit is literally on Highway 101 (so you hear traffic at all times), the parking is on one side of the room (so you hear people and their vehicles, car doors, etc. at all times of day/night), and it's located directly next to a liquor store with high traffic volume. 2) The walls are cement/brick, and you can hear most everything in the unit next to you. 3) Part of the bathroom door casing had green stuff growing on it. Again, none of this would have been "fixable" by the host during our stay, but we were unaware of these characteristics, and likely wouldn't have booked if we had been. I love staying in Rockaway, but my partner was asking to leave even before the first night. {sad face} At 700 for two nights, it was tough to walk away from.

Great Location!

Great location on the coast! Stayed here with my 13 year old daughter and it was perfect for the two of us. The location is fabulous for exploring the coast with or without a car.

Great little getaway spot in Rockaway

We really enjoyed our stay here! The space was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped for making most meals and it was very nice to have the oven. All the instructions left were clear and we enjoyed the restaurant and hiking recommendations. The beach access is close and the location was perfect. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay! Pet friendly.

This is the perfect place to stay for a couple with a dog! It's amazing what they've been able to put into a small space! Yes, there is an actual kitchenette with a stove and refrigerator. The place is super clean inside and out! You can sit and enjoy the sun on a private patio, or enjoy a fire in the fire pit in the community back yard. They even provide outdoor games for your enjoyment! There are a total of 7 units in the complex, but it is very quiet. These units sit just off highway 101, very short walk to shops, resteraunts and the beach.

Fantastic cozy unit

The property is incredibly clean and well planned out. The unit is cozy and perfect for two people. The shower even fit my giant spouse which is unusual as most shower heads are located around his chest region in hotels. Having the full kitchen saved quite a bit of money and it’s nice to be able to cook and store food in the fridge so one doesn’t have to eat out every meal. Check in was easy and the staff were responsive to emails and extremely welcoming.
