Perfect view of the beach and watching the sun set. Would definitely stay there again. Everything met expectations and then some. Great communication with the host. The place was very clean and inviting. If I could give this a higher rating I would. I look forward to going to the beach again next year. You won’t be disappointed.

Beautifully decorated condo directly on the beach with the best sunset view from our balcony. This unit was well equipped with everything we needed to make our vacation seamless. We appreciated how clean the unit was upon arrival, the fully stocked kitchen with quality appliances, comfortable living room furniture, sling back balcony chairs, beach chairs/umbrellas in closet, and more. All amenities were accurately depicted in listing. Beach towels were available at the condo office. The pool and jacuzzi were heated which was nice for the cooler February days. The location was superb!!! You can easily walk to restaurants directly from the beach. All near by activities were within 15-20 minutes by car. Chris and Ali were super communicative right from the start. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable, and added special touches to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Absolutely beautiful condo that we would not hesitate to stay in again! The condo was extremely clean, kitchen was well stocked, beds were very comfortable, and we really appreciated all of the beach gear provided. You will not find a better place to stay on St. Pete Beach!! Condo is always stocked with everything you will need and very well kept and cleaned. The owners are very responsive and always try their best to do anything they can to make your stay more enjoyable. Would defiantly recommend, when we come to St. Pete, we always stay here:)

Fun At St. Pete Beach

We had a wonderful time at the Vista. The unit exceeded our expectation in every way. The furnishings are all first class, and the beds, chairs, and couch are all very comfortable. The location is ideal close to everything you need at St. Pete Beach.

Beautiful Condo and View!

We were very happy with our stay. Everything was perfect about the condo. It was beautiful, clean, organized and very well taken care of. The location was great as well- it never got too busy and the beach and sand were really nice. Having good restaurant selections close by was great. The best part was the view and only being a moment from going straight down to the pool and beach. The owner, Chris, was exceptional and you could tell he really cared and was there for whatever we needed. The grounds were well kept as well, and check in/out was really easy. They had beach towels you could borrow with a cash deposit that you get back when you return them at the end of the stay (even can return unwashed!), so that was really helpful. Everything was fantastic!

Why they chose this property

A friend told me about St. Pete Beach so I visited there and absolutely loved it! I bought a small 3 bedroom, 2 bath concrete block ranch home that is about 60 years old. This was purchased in 2004. It is about 2 blocks from the sandy beach. The area feels so much like home. Such a safe friendly feel. I thought this is such a great place to visit and probably retire....why not start buying some investment real estate? So I did...but instead of 2 blocks from the beach, I wanted to do it RIGHT! I bought the best unit in the building! Top Floor, FULL Gulf Front! Nothing can ever obstruct the awesome view! St. Pete Beach is such a beautiful white sandy beach. The waters are so calm, clear, and warm. Come see for yourself.

What makes this property unique

When staying at this condo, you will enjoy the overall ease in it's location to freeway/airport access. This condo is located right in the middle of the north/south ends of St. Pete Beach. This means you can walk to either end of the beach with about a 20 minute walk. Total access on foot to everything!!
