This large 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom penthouse apartment is fully self-contained with air conditioning, full kitchen, large fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, clothes dryer, smart TV and free, high-speed WiFi. The apartment is on the second floor and this building has NO ELEVATOR. All apartments have balconies and views to the ocean only 30 metres away. This penthouse has a huge roof deck above for your exclusive use. We have a swimming pool and each apartment has its own lockup garage, more parking on the grounds and loads of free, unrestricted street parking out the front.
One hour north of Brisbane and the International Airport or just 10 minutes drive to the Sunshine Coast Airport and perfectly located for restaurants, beach, river and shopping.
