Barwon Heads beach house - 3 bedrooms - central location

Our cute little cottage is an easy stroll to the Barwon River, beach, shops, cafes and restaurants, park/playground, sports grounds and tennis courts.

An older style weather board house with everything you need for a long or short stay - including a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and pod coffee machine, air conditioner for the summer and a firebox for the winter, plus a gas BBQ.

Bed linen and bath towels and other basics are included.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Nice clean house in a great location

House, while a bit older, was very clean and had great amenities. Location is perfect as its only 1 steeet back from the beach and an easy 5 minute walk to the main street. Alex was great to deal with. Beds were very comfortable. Highly recommended!

A 5 star Vrbo getaway retreat.

A big thanks to Alex for contributing to our recent stay in what may be one of the best Vrbo accommodations in Barwon Heads. Since I can’t do it in person, I am happy to pay homage to Alex for the enormous effort made towards us, both in welcoming us and being so helpful in regards to answering any questions at basically any time of the day. Couldn’t recommend this place any more.
