Springvale Stay

Perfect house for our little getaway. House was immaculate and catered to all our needs. Prime position to all the amazing asian restaurants in Melbourne. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend this house to any family/families looking for clean, convenient and aesthetically pleasing place to stay. Our host John was a helpful and accommodating. Great stay!

Unprofessional and unfair

We booked more than 6 months ago. Arrived at the property after a long drive from syd. The property was clean and tidy but the sheets on 4 of the beds were damp. It seems they had back to back reservations and didn’t have time to dry the sheets. Host told me to leave them for 20min and they would be fine!!

Just to be clear you were check in at 3pm,you were not happy because you are saying that the sheet were damp If it were we can easily rectify this matter cause we are close by .There are many thing that you are asking for you to stay at the property that we were so sorry that we could not offer and your behaviour toward us was unacceptable.In the end we give you a full refund and the reservation were cancelled but you still won't hand us our keys and remote for the property over until 2 week later to sent back in the post.
