About this property

Nice house 2 blocks from the sea in Maranduba - paradisiacal beach!

Maranduba is a paradise, with many wonderful places to visit just minutes from our home, such as the Seven Islands Trail, Renata Waterfall, and 2 Ilhas.
Our house is very well located, close to the sea (2 blocks), there's a supermarket on the corner, and it's 1 km from the commercial centre (you can walk there).
The house has 2 bedrooms, one of which is a suite with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, the other bedroom has 2 bunk beds, and there is a full bathroom in the hallway.
The room has a Smart TV and high-speed fibre optic internet (300 Mbps), where you can watch YouTube and Netflix and browse the internet freely.
There are parking spaces for up to 4 cars.
The kitchen has a simple stove with an oven, a refrigerator, a freezer, and a microwave.

Some important rules:
The house can accommodate a maximum of 7 people, please do not insist on more than that.
Bringing animals home is strictly prohibited.
Smoking is prohibited inside the house.
Our caretaker, who lives in the house next door, will ensure that the rules are followed during your stay.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
