It is important to clarify is that you did not stay at my property. Due to an unforeseen family medical emergency involving my cleaner, you were transferred to a different unit, which was owned and managed by another host.
As such, the concerns regarding room conditions, odors, towels, bedding, and the overall environment related to the accommodation where you actually stayed and not to the property listed here.
Had any of these concerns been brought to my attention during your stay, I would have immediately coordinated with the owner of the unit to assist and address the matter. However, no concerns or complaints were communicated to me at any point.
I will be forwarding your review to the owner of the accommodation where you stayed so they may review and address your comments accordingly.
