While we provide a parking spot, you will not need a car!

The property is in a nice area. Within walking distance to many things in Key West. Duval Loop is 2 blocks away which will take about around and runs often. Cindy and Craig are gracious hosts and I would definitely rent from them again.

Nice spot in the Truman Annex

This ground level unit in the Shipyard portion of the Truman Annex is conveniently located. It's a short walk to the pool and the various attractions of Key West. We particularly appreciated the two en suite bathrooms. The rear deck is roofed, beautifully landscaped, and a great spot for relaxing and reading.

The Key West Truman Annex Shipyard Condo remains the most popular property to rent in Key West. Truman Annex is by far the best location in Key West and the Shipyard Condo is the most reasonably priced unit available. This unit is two bedrooms two bath and can sleep up to five when using the sleeper sofa or you can rent both the first floor and second floor unit (with a common foyer) and have a larger unit. We offer Shipyard condos ranging from 2 bedroom 1 bath all the way up to the largest Shipyard condo that we call the Penthouse and it is 3 bedroom (plus 2 additional loft bedrooms) and 3 baths. You can rent both the 2 bedroom 2 bath Shipyard condo and the Shipyard Penthouse together as they share the same foyer.
