Located in prestigious Truman Annex at Mile Marker 0 - location, location, location. Shipyard Condos are right at the entrance to Ft. Zachary Beach and next to Mallory Square and those famous nightly Sunset Festivals and just two blocks from Duval Street and all of the shops, restaurants, night clubs and museums. While we provide a parking spot, you will not need a car!

Except for festivals such as Fantasy Fest, Meeting of the Minds, and Powerboat Races, we generally require Saturday-Saturday rentals so if your dates are not Saturday-Saturday please email us with your dates prior to booking so that we can check our calendar to see if an exception is possible.

Relaxing - Stay

Was a wonderful condo - everything you need is there and nice and clean. Very quiet area and close to most things quick walk to Duval St and great little places to stop into close to the condo. Would stay again in the future.

Our favorite vacation destination

Great location we love staying in a place with so much greenery around us the unit was perfect for use. Only issue was the grill was pretty loaded with grease and had no brush for it and we couldn't figure out where the mosquitoes kept getting in from.

Thanks for taking the time to write a review. In your check-in package was the cell phone number of our property manager, Randy, and head cleaner, Iveta. A phone call to either would have resulted in a grill brush within a 1/2 an hour. No need to go a week w/o one.

Lovely stay

We loved our stay at Craig and Cindys beautiful condo. It was a very hot week and the condo stayed so cool and comfy. The pool was very refreshing too! We would love to have had beach chairs since we spent a few days at the beach but we did manage with beach towels.

We do supply beach towels but, as we explained, beach chairs tend to turn rusty and in bad shape very quickly due to the salt air so we recommend if you want beach chairs to buy them very cheaply at CVS or Walgreens (both just a couple blocks away) and then we will discard them for you on departure. Has one small maintainance issue first day, but was taken care of immediately. Loved being able to just get keys at the unit instead of having to go elsewhere to pickup. Any contact I had with Cindy or Craig was great. have stayed in this area for over 18yrs, and first time staying in one of Cindy & Craig units, but won't be the last. Great Place

Great property, great location

The property was centrally located to all the fun of Key West. We did not have a car and never felt that we needed one. The patio and pool area were especially enjoyable.
