Located in prestigious Truman Annex at Mile Marker 0 - location, location, location. Shipyard Condos are right at the entrance to Ft. Zachary Beach and next to Mallory Square and those famous nightly Sunset Festivals and just two blocks from Duval Street and all of the shops, restaurants, night clubs and museums. While we provide a parking spot, you will not need a car!

Except for festivals such as Fantasy Fest, Meeting of the Minds, and Powerboat Races, we generally require Saturday-Saturday rentals so if your dates are not Saturday-Saturday please email us with your dates prior to booking so that we can check our calendar to see if an exception is possible.

Great stay at Shipyard Condo

Craig and Cindy's place is one of the nicest rentals we have stayed in. It had everything we needed, was in a prime location, and was in a quiet neighborhood. It would have been perfect, if the pool had been open. (Craig and Cindy let us know well in advance that it was going to be closed for maintenance during our stay.). We would definitely stay here again!

Nice condo in Truman Annex

Nice and clean condo. Truman Annex is a lovely neighborhood within a fifteen minute walk of everywhere you need to go in Key West. Best sunset around is at Truman Waterfront Park, right behind the complex. If you like to cook on vacation like we do, just note there is no grill on property. Kitchen is well appointed with all the basics.

For future planning if you need an outdoor grill you need to book a first floor Shipyard condo as the fire marshal does not allow grills of any kind on balconies. We have numerous first floor Shipyard condos and all have grills. See VRBO #710793, 1435751, 2113538, 2161846, and 1384197 as examples of first floor Shipyard condos were own and offer that have grills.

Great Trip to Key West

Check in and check out was seamless. The property was exactly as described. A nice touch was they left some of the supplies (as did we) from previous guests which make the initial shopping trip much easier. The property was in great condition and very quiet, the pool was very nice and the location is great. The we had one minor problem, the property manager knew exactly what it was and we were able to resolve it ourselves in two minutes.

First time in Key West.

It's a nice gated area. It had everything we needed if we choose to eat in. They supplied us with a list of places near by from grocery stores to tours, shops and rentals to get a round with. There wasn't a dishwasher in our place but it was okay. If I go again I'll pick a place on the first floor. The second floor has a nice scenery but the stairs were a bit much for me. That's on me.

Quiet, yet close to the action.

Ease of renting and check in was amazing. Property was clean, had everything we needed. Everything worked well in the unit, except for one remote that did not have batteries. We had also asked for the two twins to be converted to a king, but that was not done - but wasn’t a big enough inconvenience to call anyone to get it rectified. It’s just under a mile to Mallory Square, a few blocks to Duval. If you go through the back of the complex, you’re right at Ft. Zachary Taylor state park. The complex was very quiet, no revelry noise or traffic noise intruded.

Great location!

We had a wonderful time! Check in was very easy! Condo was beautiful and clean! 2 blocks from Duval street. Short walk to the Southern Most Point. We walked most places. We rented a golf cart for a few hours to pick up groceries and ride around and explore but since parking is such a hassle in KW, we decided to walk everywhere and we were able to do that easily with this great location!

Craig & Cindy’s condo met all of our needs and was in the perfect location! Favorites about the condo: 2 balconies, walking distance from everything in the heart of Key West, the property has a pool, washer and drier in unit, two twin beds were turned perfectly into a king for us. As Advertised!

This is a great property for 4 travelers. Clean, up-to-date, great location to most of the night life, walking distance to many things, golf cart rentals nearby if you don't have a car and tire of walking. Quiet neighborhood near Fort Zachary State Park. And the attention to detail from the owners when they send your lease packet is incredibly helpful for first time visitors. Be cautious of the stairway if you've spent a little too much time imbibing on Duval St! Bring your own hair dryer and plan on small loads of laundry vs large loads because the washer/dryer is apartment size but it was great to have it regardless. We will rent from Cindy & Craig again - no question!

No place like home, but this place is close!!!

Our stay was wonderful, It was more than expected. Really clean, great location. All the amenities of home. I will say that parking is limited and if you want to rent a golf cart or moped and you have a car you will have to park it in the street, and that parking is very limited. We will stay here again.

Each Truman Annex Shipyard Condo has one assigned parking spot and we always recommend not having a car as you can walk to everything...Duval St, Ft. Zachary Beach, Shops, Groceries, nightlife, Mallory Square sunset festival, etc. Rental bikes are available to have dropped off and picked up right at the condo and there are several bike racks all around the complex. We look forward to having you back again soon!!
