Perfect location. Unique property, a converted old church, added to the whole experience. Comfy beds & furniture, well equipped kitchen. Also 2 separate outside seating areas, one with gas fire pit, one with a wood burning fire ring & lots of seating. Close to Iron River but far enough away to give you the north woods experience. Wish we knew about it sooner. Will definitely come back here!

My girlfriend and I really enjoyed our stay. We brought our dog too. The house was very clean. We felt at home. The kitchen had everything you would want. The outside had a nice deck to relax on. There was a nice fire pit area too. It had everything we needed for a getaway weekend. The host responded promptly whenever we had any questions. We'll definitely be back.

Cute place and close to town

Short little drive into town for the restaurants and bars. Very nicely remodeled and quaint. We loved it and plan on making this a yearly trip.

We enjoyed the time there! Loved looking through the documentation of the renovations, and the story of how it came to be. Everything we needed was there. We plan on booking again when visiting our family in Iron River.

Up North getaway

The two of us stayed at your rental for a getaway. Bob deer hunts in Wi and we like to scout the area. Lots of memories as he has hunted there for over 50 years. Your place was perfect for us. We had everything we needed for our stay. It was nice and peaceful. Beautiful wearher also.

It was a welcoming, cozy stay! Everything was as advertised and it was perfect for what we were looking for. Our first night was during a winter storm warning and when I had a question regarding plowing, I had an answer right away and things were taken care just as they said. One minor detail that would have been nice to know ahead is that there were active mouse traps and the water runs really hot. As a dog owner and parent of younger kids, I would appreciate the heads up, but it certainly wouldn't prevent me from booking again - which I would!

Super clean and well thought out

You can tell someone put some serious thought into what makes guests comfortable in this rental. The property was super clean, well maintained and had every convenience I could have asked for. The patio area and is great too. Comfortable chairs, a grill and fire pit. We were even able to see a small buck walking through the adjacent field. Highly recommended and will definitely book if I’m in the area again.

Winter jaunt

Cozy place. Hyper clean. Location couldn’t be better for town access. Our host made everything easy to navigate. House rules were simple an, made for an easy stay. We stay up here several times a year for all activities. Usually with friends. Sometimes it’s just nice to have your own space. The Lighthouse is perfect for that. We’ll definitely stay here again. Looking forward to the upstairs project so, we can bring our whole clan!

It Doesn’t Get Any Better Than This

Absolutely beautiful. We couldn’t believe our eyes when we walked in. It was home sweet home. Neat and clean accommodations. We made breakfast and dinner every day. Everything we needed was there. We didn’t want to leave. We will go back next summer for sure. Having a place like this to stay on your vacation is like a dream come true. We didn’t want to leave.
