This home has 2 levels, 5 bedrooms, and 3.5 bathrooms. Upstairs room is set up as a flex space which can also be used a second living room or game room. This large home has a bright, open and spacious floor plan. This home also features a laundry room, large walk in closets, entry way and pantry. Large sliding glass doors off the living room. Plenty of parking and a very private entrance. Drip coffee maker in the kitchen. Pool Heat is optional for $20 per night

The Space:
New construction, fully furnished and stocked with ALL NEW everything. Be one of the first to stay in this brand new masterpiece only 1.5 miles to the beach. Large sliding glass doors of the living room lead to a screened in lanai with a pool, spa, and sunshelf. There is an outdoor kitchen and dining area in the lanai with a mini fridge and grill. 3 car garage with 4 bicycles, beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas and toys are provided for use. No pets, No smoking, No parties. Pool heat is available for $20 per night and must be requested ahead of time. Downstairs bedroom as a King bedroom, Upstairs bedrooms... #1 King, #2 King, #3 King, #4 Full and Twin, #5 Queen pull out sofa bed and 2 sleeper chairs. Extra persons fee applies to groups over 8.

Beautiful new property minutes from the beach!! Still had new home smell. Several hours after arriving the upstairs became very hot. Host answered my phone call on the first call. Tried to troubleshoot but AC was not working. Within two hours it was fixed (after we got home from dinner).Appliances, pool, bedding, grille, etc all top tier.Great space for larger families.

The house was great for us and all our kids for 2 weeks. We have everything from a baby to college age. Very close to multiple beaches and nature preserves. The neighborhood itself was cute with some houses still being built and upgraded. This house was by far one of the nicest on the block. Pool was great anytime of day and hot tub was nice. Heating it was extra but not sure it was needed since it was really hot when we were there already. Kitchen was great and stocked with all the necessities to make a meal. We appreciated the beach chairs and umbrellas to use. Would recommend to other families wanting to see Bonita Beach, Barefoot Beach, Lovers Key, or Fort Myers. We were close to it all. Target and Publix are all within a mile of the house and lots of restaurants to choose from. Hosts were great and responsive same day for anything we needed. Great choice you wont regret!

Brand new home with plenty of room to spread out. Nice location in an older neighborhood about a mile from the beach. You do need to bring your own toiletries . Rental company was very responsive. Thank you !

Bonita Springs

We were in town for a wedding. We had two families staying together and the house was perfect. Very nice accommodations and nice quiet area. The host was easy to deal with and I would highly recommend this rental.

Beautiful home, great space for a multi-generational family stay. Overall very comfortable with upscale features, including spa-like bathrooms. The whole family really enjoyed the pool and hot tub!

Nice accomodationns and good family time.

We had a very nice stay with family. Everything was pretty much as stated. The younger kids really loved the pool and the availability of the bikes and beach/pool toys was very nice!

The keypad to get in the house did not work when we arrived at 10:30 PM (our flight had been delayed). However, they sent a locksmith out and we got in the house about 1-1:30 AM (after a full day of travel with 2 kids). He had to put on a new key pad. We did not pay to have the pool heated but it was fine. The pool water was a bit cloudy and they had someone out the first day which fixed it. I asked them before we went if we had to pay to have the hot tub heated and they said no that it would be heated. It was fine the first couple of days but would not heat the last 3-4 days. Admittedly, I did not call them on this as we were doing other things. One thing I would suggest is hand rails around the hot tub and pool to help people enter and exit both. I would also recommend some instructions on how to run the hot tub. My review sounds a little harsh but it is a very nice place. Found mgmt was better to get in touch with if you email them directly rather than through VRBO. There were 8 of us and had plenty of room. Location is great and close to everything. We did think the price was a little on the high side with it not being on the beach and only 2 sun loungers.
