Located on the ocean dune with the beach as your backyard, this beautiful, modern holiday house is sure to become your holiday go-to spot.
This spacious holiday property will easily accommodate a larger family or group. It is central to all Wooli has to offer, the beach at your back door, river a short walk away, Bowling club within walking distance and the Hotel, service station and convenience store a short drive/ cycle ride away.
The spacious 2 storey house comprises:

Master Bedroom- Queen Bed with ensuite
Bedroom 2- Queen Bed
Bedroom 3- 2 x Single beds
Large living, dining and kitchen area.
Another separate bathroom with separate toilet.
Large front deck to enjoy the sunsets.
Another deck on the ocean side with gas BBQ.

Living/ dining area and combined bathroom/ laundry with washing machine and dryer.
Front porch on the river side, lower decks on the beach side.
A quick walk over the dune and the beach is your playground.

Great property with plenty of room for everyone, with different areas for all ages to hang out. Loved the direct beach access and picnic table overlooking the ocean. There were also 3 different outdoor patios, so very good

Plenty of room to accommodate guests in the 5 bedrooms.Existing damaged hinge on bathroom cabinet door. Lack of hooks and towel rails. Lack of hanging space in bedrooms. Black marks on bed linen. Lack of hair dryer should be mentioned in list of amenities.
