Nice house but definitely needs updating. Unsafe stairs and vents in the floors were rusty and some about to fall through. Most of them very sharp edges also. Outdoor space was not cleaned up - found a nail and a fish hook where you sit on the patio. No proper town trash bags for the instructions they left for putting trash out. The host was terrible at communicating. Never answered an email and took 2 days to respond to 1st text and never responded to a 2nd text. It did have a great view but the area to go in the water if desired was rocky.

The location and views of the Mount Hope Bay were perfect, beautiful views. Very quiet neighborhood. The house was the perfect size for our needs. The furnishing were nice and very comfortable. We did have a couple of concerns:1. There are stairs between the living room and main floor, one of the bedrooms to the main floor and the stairs to the patio outside. None of these have hand rails. We are elderly and felt uncomfortable using the stairs. 2. The sliding glass doors from the bedroom to the patio were screwed shut, making egress in an emergency impossible. 3. The windows in the dining/kitchen area were also screwed shut, again making egress impossible. 4. There are no towel bars in the bathroom, otherwise the bathroom and showers were very nice. We would definitely stay here again if the items were fixed. We visit the area every year at this time, again overall we really enjoyed our visit.

We enjoyed the space and the view was lovely. The location was excellent. The only problem we had was that the password for the internet was written down wrong throughout the house and emailed wrong, an easy fix for the future. The home was very clean and everything we needed was provided.

Excellent weekend get away!

Had a great time relaxing by the water soaking up the sun and grilling out. Plenty of space inside and comfortable beds. Wifi, TV's, and appliances were all in good order and were easy to use.

This waterfront cottage offered fantastic views of Mt Hope Bay. It was a great hit with my two young grandsons. The place was comfortable and very clean. It is a little rustic but ideal for a family with children. There are so many activities in the area. We will definitely try to stay here again when we are in the Fall River area.

The Morrison

It was very nice to have the water out back, however our weather was not the best to enjoy it. Had everything we needed provided, don't really think the grill was usable, but we didn't intend to grill. Would rent again if we're back out east.

Cute home with a great view

Very nice & clean. Dishwasher didn’t work. The fire pit was full of water & the grill did not work also. The stairs in the house & going outside in the back were uneven & hazardous. We were only there for 3 days so for the price it was a nice place.

House itself was a 4/10. Classic case of homeowner improvements. Photos look good, but all the issues come out in reality. Do your research about Mount Hope Bay before you book!!! Location was convenient for our needs. Family was there for a softball tournament. It was close to the fields and easy access to Fall River and New Bedford. Overall, we felt duped from our booking. Would have made other arrangements if we had know. Broken Dish Washer No oven No laundry No a private private beach, cover in litter Minimal everything Not VRBO rookies, just unsatisfied
