Great weekend

This is a very clean and nice property with tons of outdoor space. We were a large group with 6 adults, 4 teens and 4 littles ages 2 to 7. We very much enjoyed the stay, thank you!

We were in for a wedding and we have a large family. This was a perfect size for all of us to be able to stay together. A special memory.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean but some things that were listed were not there. We only had one grill the second was dropped off mid way through our stay but the steaks were already cooked. The grill we used could use a deep clean. The second room listed the bed as a queen. Looks more like a full to me. We only had 3 rolls of toilet paper for 15 people and 1 roll of paper towels. In the pictures it shows another four top table that was not there.Overall we enjoyed our stay but highly recommend the listing being adjusted to what is said.

Clean and tidy and just the right size

Needed a space big enough to fit family and friends for a wedding at the wedding venue just down the road and this placed checked all the boxes. Very clean and Very comfortable. The sliding barn doors are great for aesthetics but leaves a little want for true sense of privacy BUT we were all family so easily embraced it. Overall, would easily pick this space again for a large family gathering.

Nice place

We had a family getaway with another family. We had 10 of us and overall, it was a great place. The space was great with a large living/gathering area and plenty of beds for us. The kitchen also had plenty of dishes for us as we ate all our meals there. There were a couple of complaints. With no real doors, it was very noisy for those wanting to sleep and using the bathrooms was rather awkward with very little privacy. Also, the internet speed and cell coverage was quite bad. Other than these couple of items, it was a great place. Likely even better in the summer time when you could enjoy more outdoor activities.

We had a great stay at this property near Perry Lake. The home was clean, well-maintained, and worked well for our large group (four couples plus one). We especially enjoyed the back patio and yard—it was a perfect space for relaxing and spending time together.One suggestion: the bedroom just inside the front door to the left would be much more comfortable with a queen bed instead of bunk beds. It was a bit cramped for my spouse and me. Additionally, some of the bunk beds in the bunk room felt loose and could use tightening for safety and comfort.There was a minor issue with a shortage of toilet paper, but we handled it ourselves and didn’t feel the need to call.Overall, we had a great experience and would consider staying again with a few small adjustments.

The place was just what we wanted, clean and spacious. Unfortunately we found out by being aware of cleanliness (bare foot) that the carpet in every threshold is too thin. In every doorway, someone had the carpet tacking stab them in the foot. Luckily no of us bled from it. We also had guests leave early because the constant beeping in the tall bed room kept them awake the night before. The smoke detectors are hard wired in and we assume the beeping one was in the attic space. Also all the sliding doors are not level, so use the locks if you need privacy as they will just open on their own.

We're glad the space felt clean and spacious for your stay. We appreciate you bringing the carpet thresholds to our attention, as guest safety matters to us, and we've inspected those areas to ensure they're safe and comfortable. We wish we had known about the smoke detector beeping while you were there so we could have addressed it right away, but that issue has since been resolved and all detectors are functioning properly. As for the sliding doors, each bedroom and bathroom is equipped with a lock specifically so they can be kept securely closed when needed, even though the doors themselves may move a bit more freely than traditional hinged ones. We strive to provide every guest with a five-star experience and encourage guests to reach out during their stay if anything needs attention. We are always happy to help and respond promptly to resolve any concerns.
