The location was really lovely. Very peaceful surroundings. The cabin was spacious and we appreciated the number of beds. They were really stingy about supplies in a way that made me annoyed. If there were some small amount of basic supplies at the cabin, I'd be less inclined to overlook other small problems. Enough dishwasher pods and trash bags to get us through the weekend, a little salt and pepper and sugar would have gone a long way towards making our weekend more pleasant. By the time we purchased things like a full container of sugar and a full container of salt and a box of trash bags and a container of dishwasher pods - all of those things together at resort area prices substantially increase our price per night and I have to factor that into how I expect to find the property from a maintenance perspective.

The overall cleanliness was lacking. The outside was not well maintained. It would seem that the cabin hadn't been used or cleaned recently.

Ideal House for a Family 0F 9

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pleasantly surprised at how perfectly the house fit our family. It has a large kitchen and was the best equipped one we have ever hade up there (we come every year). Loved that the 4 bedrooms were of equal size, each with its own bathroom.

Overall the property was very nice and we enjoyed the stay. There were a lot of cobwebs and the unit smelled musty. We were not prepared for no AC in July. We lost power for almost 24 hours which meant no running water. That’s a problem, specially since we had children with us. We lost about 150 worth food and had to go buy a bunch of extra water for hygiene needs. I know the power outage is not the fault of the owner but should consider backup generation, at least alternative solution for running water. When we tried to do a load of laundry the knob in the dryer turned but could not get the timer to work so we just young stuff to dry. Again, all considered we did enjoy our stay.

Timberstone needs new gas grill!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great trip. Timberstone desperately needs new gas grill. The grill has been bad for years and i mention this every year during my review. That is the only thing bad about this property. Owner needs to spend $200 and get new grill so the experience is not ruined. I packed a portable blackstone griddle just in case this was not replaced.

Great stay, we appreciated it

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I enjoyed my stay with my family at this cabin. It was well equipped with plenty of space and a nice hot tub. Close to slopes! The only recommendation would be an update of the mattresses as we found them to be too firm. We would also recommend dialing back the heat it was quite hot at night.
