The home was minimal and could use some repair (paint was gone in many places, rusty heat registers, stained furniture in the living room, etc), but fit the needs of just a place to stay. Clean. Bed was pretty old and uncomfortable. However, host was very responsive and helpful.

Nice Property

Very quiet and nice place to relax. The screened in porch was the best place to relax and read or play dominos. Our experience was definitely a five star.

Loved this house!!! It was the perfect size for a long weekend with all the accommodations you could need. Plenty of seating options for a cozy vibe after a long day on the beach. Really loved having the outsoor shower option to get all the sand off before heading inside. Communication with any issues/questions were met immediately and effectively. We had a great stay and would book it again in the future!

Great location, cottage was clean and tidy. We enjoy the trails for walking and biking. Love the beach and local festivals. Cottage didnt supply hand soap or tissues, very limit spices, no condiments or food storage wraps or containers. Overall good place, great outdoor shower. Loved the screened in porch.

A tucked away Chincoteague getaway

The place was easy to find thanks to the photos and communication for check-in was top notch. The place was very well cleaned before we were there and we received amenities to use during our stay. The location was tucked away about 5 minutes from the main road on the island and 15 minutes from the beach. It was quiet and we loved the ability to sit outside in the morning with our sandy pony donuts and coffee on the closed in porch! We will be back to enjoy another amazing stay here for sure!
