Great Group Gathering

The property is a great place to meet as a group. With great facilities, good amount of bedding and plenty of activities it is a great place to base out of. The surrounding areas provide many outdoor activities for fishing, 4X4 or dinning; there are options for everyone.

Jamieson reveiw

An excellent venue for staying in a country property, close to river and local walks. The property provided more than most properties we have stayed in, excellent linen, plenty of kitchen crockery and utensils. The family really enjoyed the pool table and water access on canoes.Thank you, we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location

The property had all the things you needed for your stay, the location right on the river was perfect and so relaxing. We ran out of water half way during our stay, but Jess was fantastic and super responsive and sorted it out for us. We are looking forward to returning one day. Thanks Jess!

Family celebration

The house was very suitable for our needs with a large outdoor deck plus ample grassed area for games. The setting right beside the river was beautiful and easy access to the river was fun. Highly recommend.

A beautiful spot on the river in Jamieson. We enjoyed the evenings in front of the fire, listening to the sound of the river flowing past at the bottom of the garden. The place is clean and equipped with all the amenities we needed, and the communication with Jess was easy. The pub is a short walk and there's a courtesy bus to the brewery. The river is fast flowing and easily accessed from the property, which was great for our group of adults, but not recommended for young kids.

Jamieson family stay

Had a great time, fantastic location right on the Jamieson river. River was a little low but still able to paddle and cool off. Easy walk to local cafe, general store and pub. House accommodated us all comfortably, plenty of use of the deck area and fire pit. Short drive to the nearest boat ramp. Jess was very efficient in answering any queries we had, check in was easy. Overall a great weekend.

Outstanding property .

Jamieson is a beautiful town to visit all year around and Jess‘s house is in one of the best locations. Everything is a short stroll away to the towns cafes and pubs nearby . The house is impeccably clean and well stocked with everything needed , and direct river access in the large backyard. Jess is wonderful to deal with , very accommodating and always quick to respond to any queries. I cannot recommend Jess and her property highly enough..

River Bank Relaxation

Jess catered for all our needs throughout our stay and beyond. Very accommodating, excellent communication and a wonderful house to holiday at.From the magficent Elm tree on the river bank providing shade during the heat, to the fire pit on the lovely warm nights. The house was clean, comfortable and well appointed for our crowd who were all raving about the location and the homeliness of this stay.Thanks Jess. We will be back again.

Great accommodation for families

We were there for 3 nights, everything was clean & tidy when we got there, check in & out process was so easy and our stay was fantastic. We had so much fun playing billiards/pool indoors when it was raining whole day on Xmas day, there is a river right behind the property, it’s convenient for boating in the river & there are horses next door, kids had fun playing with them. Host Jess was awesome & she is just a text away if you need anything regarding property. We all enjoyed our stay & would definitely come back in near future for longer stay. I would personally give a 5 star rating

Fun on the river

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Jamieson. Such a beautiful area. The house was perfect for our group. The shade under the massive tree (oak?) was very welcome. A short walk to the local pub, shop and cafe was very convenient. The house has a great outdoor entertaining area. The beds were very comfortable. Bring some DVDs or hot spot. We took our boat from the property to the local brewery and had a fabulous day. We fished in our kayaks launched from the property also. And we swam in the beautiful river in front of the property. We had such a great time. Thank you 🌳 🚣‍♂️ 🎣
