There are two bathrooms that service the 3 bedrooms with the larger of the two featuring a bathtub. Both bathrooms have large walk-in showers and toilets.
The main open-plan living, kitchen and dining area is generous in space and appointed with quality furniture including an electric reclining leather sofa. There is a SMART TV available and access to free WIFI. The kitchen itself is fully equipped with pots, pans, cooking utensils, plates, cups, gas cooktop, an electric oven and a dishwasher. There is dining for 6 both inside and outside on the balcony.
You’ll have access to two balconies both with views of the waterfront. The main balcony has privacy screens that can be shifted to block the afternoon sun or open up the view of the adjacent park along with a gas BBQ.

Heating/Cooling – Split system air conditioning and heating in the main living area and spare bedroom with fold out sofa.
PARKING IS NOT PROVIDED - There is Paid and Unpaid but Timed Parking Surrounding the Apartment, on the Streets and Cunningham Pier.
ACCESS: Keys will be placed in a key safe off-site. You will need to head to this location first, collect the keys then head to the property. The location is under a 5-minute drive from the property. The property is located on the 3rd floor however there is lift access to all levels including the ground floor and basement.
