This architecturally designed retreat welcomes you with lush garden surrounds and a seamless flow between the indoor living area and the outdoor entertaining terrace. Inside, the main living area is designed for relaxation with a TV, built-in cabinetry, and stylish furnishings. For those needing to stay productive, a dedicated workspace is thoughtfully integrated into the living zone. Upstairs, a second lounge offers a peaceful retreat with leafy treetop views.

The sleek kitchen is a chef’s delight, complete with stone benchtops, a double-door fridge, modern appliances, and a barista-quality coffee machine. The waterfront suburb of Nightcliff is located 15 minutes’ drive north of Darwin’s city centre. Locals flock to the Nightcliff foreshore for its walking and cycling trail and iconic Nightcliff Pool. Nightcliff Jetty is a popular spot to watch the sun set and food trucks are often parked in the area for a picnic meal. The Sunday Nightcliff Markets showcase a great range of arts and crafts along with food and local entertainment, while the famous Mindil Beach Sunset Market offers Aboriginal art, fashion and a melting pot of delicious cuisines. From Nightcliff you’re just a short drive to all that Darwin has to offer.

- Cleaning Bond: $500 to cover deep cleaning after your stay.
- Mid-Stay Cleaning: Provided every 2 weeks at $280 per cleaning.
