Hey Marc, I just received a notification about a review you left regarding your stay at my property three months ago. In your review, you mentioned something about drugging the soap dispenser and water. I wanted to clarify whether you made this comment by mistake or if it was intended to harm my business.
I want to emphasize that I have a strict policy against drugs and do not associate myself or my business with them. This rule is clearly stated in the house rules that you agreed to when you stayed at my place. Additionally, you seemed to be happy during your stay and even requested an extension, which unfortunately I couldn't accommodate due to another reservation through Airbnb.
As a new host on this platform, I am shocked to receive such a negative review from you, especially since I treated you well during your stay. I reached out to you on the second day to check if everything was alright, and you assured me that everything was fine. Moreover, you checked out in the afternoon despite the designated check out time being 10 am. Even when reminded of the check out time, you still left at your convenience.
I'm proud to be a super host on Airbnb with a 4.9-star rating. I do not smoke, or do drugs, and I have never had any complaints regarding such issues at my property in the past. If you had any genuine concerns or feedback to improve my service, I would appreciate an honest review. However, it is disheartening to see false allegations that could harm my reputation and business.
