Our second year and the location was great for fishing. It would be beneficial if the driveway was wider but otherwise it met our needs well. We parked our large trailer and pickup out on the lake directly in front of the cabin. Thanks.
Beautiful location. All the amenities. Communication via AI exceptionally frustrating prior to arriving and during stay. Created last minute confusion and stress regarding a change in checkout date.
It was a great location for myself and 3 friends. The direct access to Balsam Harbour was great. We didn’t need to load and unload snowmobiles every day. Only limitation is parking. We parked pickups and trailers on the lake and used the driveway to park snowmobiles. It was a great experience!

Thank you so much for taking the time to write a review. It was a great pleasure to host you at the cabin. Thanks again for looking after the property and returning it tidy.
We plan to widen the entrance to the property from the road and also widen the driveway during the spring to make it easier to bring SnoBears and long trailers.
Looking forward to hosting you again.
Good location for fishing lake Winnipeg, but house had some issues. The only bathroom had an RV toilet that wasn't usable for adults. We ended up using the outhouse by the harbor. Parking does not accommodate a truck and trailer, so we had to park down the road. Beds had humps or sags. No regular coffee pot - a Keurig was provided but limited k-cups.
