The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. We absolutely loved our stay here! Everything was clean, modern, organized and very comfortable. Loved the hot tub and location was a perfect place to walk our dogs on the trail around the pond. Minutes drive to breweries/restaurants and in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood.

Property was just as it appeared in the photos. Light, fresh and airy. Thoughtful touches like the towel warmer & rolled towels for post hot tub comfort. Labeled light switches, & organization efforts. The addition of lovely lotions, shampoo/conditioner & body wash and unexpected bonus. We could have left behind a number of items we packed like fan, hair dryers. Humidifier was appreciated and could see additional items available for those with small children tucked away but visible in case there was a need. We enjoyed easy access and walk ability to trails, parks and shops.

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again. The cabin was exceptionally clean, the check-in process was seamless, and the furnishings were comfortable and well-maintained. The hot tub was sparkling clean, which was a huge plus after a day of exploring.One of our favorite parts of the location was the easy access to the nearby trails and river. It made it easy to get outside and enjoy the beautiful scenery without having to drive anywhere.The only suggestion I would make is to add ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Since the home doesn't have air conditioning, ceiling fans would make sleeping even more comfortable during the warmer summer nights. There were small box fans available, which we appreciated, but ceiling fans would be an even better solution.

The location was great. The home was clean and everything we needed was there. The space was great for our family or 5. Only thing is the bunkbeds upstairs were not sturdy. Every time the kids moved in their sleep we could hear it down stairs. I would suggest stabilizing it to the wall for safety and comfort.

Classy, light-filled, spacious house.

Perfect for a family which is what we were. We loved our stay. The new hot tub was stunning. The gas grill handy. Beds (even the sofa bed) were very very comfortable. Linens nice. Front entry with dozens of coat pegs perfect for all things ski-related and winter-related. Fireplace warmed us beautifully. Kitchen was adequate. We had a fabulous time and would definitely return.

Great Location for Ski Weekend

We enjoyed a great weekend up at Winter Park! This townhouse is in a good location - not too far from restaurants or amenities in town. Also, you can either drive to the WP base or take the free shuttle.It was nice to relax in the hot tub after a day of skiing. There was an ample supply of pool towels that we cold use. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking pans. Made it easy to prep meals. I especially liked how quiet it was in the neighborhood. Made for a great place to relax. Would definitely stay here again.
