Great place very convenient location to restaurants and beach access. The only downfall is the pool closes at 5pm.

We were there with 4 of our grandchildren for a long weekend. We had plenty of room, kitchen was well appointed. We loved the patio and the proximity to restaurants and ice cream! I would definitely visit again

Check in was simple and easy. Parking was explained and accurate. The place was exactly what the listing indicated. What was pictured was exactly what we got. Kitchen was stocked with useful amenities (though we chose not to use them). But most of all, the place was clean and free from odors. Will definitely come back.

Great location. Patio is very nice. Living/kitchen area was cramped but we spent most of our time outside anyway and it was sufficient. The bedrooms and bathrooms were great. The kitchen was well stocked and everything worked as advertised.

Everything was wonderful. The only thing was I had to text everyday to get the pool gate code. Is that something that does not come out everyday to clients

It was a great location, kids had a good time. The only thing is the plumbing needs work, I did rwach oit to the host and they did get right back to me. My husband fixed it and then the night before check it did it again. The water pressure was also and issue. Other then those two things it was a great stay. The host is very quick to respond which is very important to me when we stay places. They did say the were having a plumber coming in today. Overall id recommend this place to family and friends.

Solid Place with One Issue

Great location and nice little condo overall. My only issue was with the kitchen appliances. Would’ve loved to know that the microwave was unplugged and not functional whatsoever, the oven bled heat like crazy and couldn’t maintain temperature on most settings, and the stove top heat dials are virtually illegible. I was there long enough (over a week) to really need to cook and was very let down that I couldn’t reliably do so. Outside of those issues it’s a very nice location and place for anyone looking to vacation on Tybee.

Disappointing

From the moment we walked in we started killing cockroaches. While property management did finally send an exterminator, on the day before we checked out, it was still a disappointing stay. Unit was quite a bit smaller than expected. Furnishings crowded the living room and dinette area making it hard to move about. It suited its purpose, I guess, but we wouldn't stay at this property again, and probably not in any of Southern Belle vacation rentals at all. There are far too many other options in the area than to sleep with cockroaches.

We had a wonderful stay on our visit to Tybee. Just a short 3-minute walk to the beach and to the many restaurants and shops on the boardwalk .The heated pool was a nice add-on and was just across from our unit and had easy access. The area felt safe and the beach was awesome! Condo was super clean came with all necessities. Management answered all questions quickly and was very helpful. Thank you for our wonderful stay
