From humble beginnings the Scarborough_abodereno has undergone a major transformation to restore its 1970s charm in the enviable location of Scarborough.

A popular recreational destination within the Brisbane and Moreton Bay region. The Abode is centrally located the best suburb on the Peninsula. Walking distance from safe swimming beaches, shops, cafes, and playgrounds and even the Dolphins home game and facilities.

The Scarborough Abode is a large four bedroom home, privately located on the block and exclusively for guests. On arrival there is off-street, private parking, a private swimming pool and established tropical garden exclusively for use of guests staying in 14A.

Highlights include quality inclusions and comfort throughout, air conditioning and open-plan living, four spacious bedrooms and a master bedroom with ensuite. The kitchen and living is a delight as you relax into the afternoon flooded with sunlight to enjoy.

The master bedroom with ensuite has everything needed for a good night sleep. All bedrooms are generously sized and have quality linen, inbuilt robes and ceiling fans.

A quality queen-size mattress ensemble is featured in the main; additional bedrooms include two king-single ensembles and a double/single bunk. The super comfortable mattresses are fitted with anti-bacterial protectors, 1000 thread count sheets and Hilton Hotel & Home pillows. There is extra linen and pillows to suit individual needs.

The kitchen provides everything you need; a new fridge, air fryer, microwave, electric cook-top, oven and loads of preparation space as well as storage facilities. Kitchenware includes: bakeware, knife block, utensils, containers, glassware, plasticware, electric kettle and four slice toaster, coffee machine as well as tea and coffee supplies.

The laundry includes, iron, new vacuum, washine machine and dryer. Everything to support a comfortable long-stay.

A second living room opens into the Alfresco dinning and BBQ overlooking the pool. It also offers a work from home space or a place to relax with a range of books to read, kids boardgames, and SmartTV. If needed the couch is a double sofa-bed and the room closes off as a fourth bedroom.

Guest access
Guests staying at 14A have exclusive private access to the rear property, including house, pool and garden. Off-street parking is for guests at 14A, however please ensure you do not to restrict access to the entry gate to the front property 14B and please manage noise in this common area of the property as it is adjacent to residents in 14B.

From the Scarborough_abodereno you can enjoy amazing walks along the shorelines of the Peninsula and stunning views out to Moreton Bay.

The best of the Peninsula is within walking distance or a short drive.

Local activities can include safe swimming beaches at Scarborough and Redcliffe, a Redcliffe Aqua Splash park in Summer, Settlement Cove at Redcliffe, the home of the Dolphins NRL team Redcliffe, parklands and parks, cafes, shops and restaurants everywhere.
