Noise Aware:

The property has been installed with a Noise Aware device to constantly monitors the noise level in our property and it alerts us the host and the property manager when a certain noise level has reached higher than the local city ordinance. When host/property manager will get an alert, we will kindly advise the guest to to keep the noise level in the property to a minimum to avoid complaints from neighbors and local law enforcement."
