Loved this place

Fantastic property with an amazing location! The room is great, the building accommodations are great, and the location is prime. Good assortment of food within walking distance. Lots todo in close proximity as well. I really enjoyed and will plan to stay again!

Beach apartment with queen bed

Nice stay, however we were disappointed that the room did not come with a king bed as it advertised. This affected our stay a lot as we personally need a king bed due to our sleeping habits and I would not ever book a room without one. Therefore feel like it was false advertising and we were misled in regards to the bed being only a queen size

Hi Dannielle, Thank you for your feedback. Not sure why it was displayed as a King bed. We have looked into this and now updated the information.

Good - but book with the hotel.

I would like to emphasise that the room and the location where both lovely, but while this was the case I would recommend booking at the hotel, Oaks Pier Plaza, where the room is located. Unlike the hotel, the room is only serviced if staying for 5 nights, I looked up the price of a similar room on the hotels website and was shocked to see it would have been cheaper if we had booked direct. Communication with Belle Escapes could have been better, I messaged regarding if we could access the room early but never heard back. in the room we received 2 towels (one each), as there is a pool/spa on site I inquired if we could access extra towels as we didn't want to use the same for both the pool and shower. We received a response over 24hrs later and was told that they didn't supply beach towels and extra requests are at an additional cost. I inquired as to what the cost would be and never received a response. So while the room and the location was lovely, I would recommend booking direct with the hotel as it is cheaper and comes with the added extras.

Thank you Mathew for taking the time to leave a review. Thanks to your feedback, we were able to request with the external cleaning company that we use that they leave additional towels for guests. Apologies that some of your emails got missed. We can see that there was a fair bit of other communication outside these questions. Belle Escapes Team
