This spot is very convenient to downtown Calgary and the food corridor that is 17th St. The views from the higher floor are very nice!Parking was available for the stay, and we barely got the car out of the assigned spot. Food was plentiful in the surrounding areas, and there were a couple of supermarkets close by.

I stayed at Alex's place for a work trip to Calgary and it is exactly what I needed. The place was clean, comfortable, close to my office and excellent restaurants.Alex was great and answered all of my questions. I felt very at home there.

Alex had a very detailed binder which even included the manuals that came with all the appliances and electronics in the condo. The place was spotless and spacious it a great view. It was located in a great neighbourhood and was about a 20 minute walk away from all the downtown attractions.

Amazing place to stay when in Calgary! Alex was easy to contact, condo was clean and had everything we needed, it was close to BMO, shopping and restaurants. Bed was super comfy. And the views - beautiful!

Close to Calgary Tower, Saddledome, GMC and BMO centre. There are many places in the vicinity to eat with variety. Beautiful view especially at night from condo. Great place overall! Host responded quickly and instructions were easy to follow when navigating check in and check out.

This VRBO was in a very good location. We got married a 4-minute drive away, which was very convenient for us! This would be a great location if you plan to do a lot in downtown Calgary. The view was very nice, and the apartment had everything you'd need to have a lovely stay. I am not giving this VRBO a 5-star review because the floor was incredibly dirty. After walking around barefoot or in socks, our feet were caked with dirt. A similar comparison would be if you walked outside barefoot for a few blocks. This bothered me because it is clear the VRBO doesn't get mopped regularly; a cleaning fee is included in the price, and it should be held to a proper standard.

We have investigated your complaint and determined the following: 1. Prior to your arrival, an inspection of the cleaning was conducted; it confirmed that all work—including dry and wet floor cleaning—had been carried out thoroughly and to a high standard. 2. After you checked out of the apartment, an inspection did indeed reveal dirty floors. 3. A camera installed at the door recorded seven different visitors coming to see you at various times; some of them stayed overnight, which constitutes a severe violation of the rules. We have retained all records of these visits and can provide them to you. The only conclusion to be drawn from the above is that the dirt was brought into the apartment either by you, by your guests, or by both you and your guests. 4. Please be advised that the violation of occupancy rules you committed warrants immediate eviction without a refund, and this policy will be strictly enforced should a similar incident occur again.
