About this property

Spacious Family Home central to Squamish

Welcome to our family home. We are happy to make it available to others while our family is away having our own adventures. Featuring tons of natural light , we are located in the heart of the best mountain bike and hiking trails in Squamish with access to the shopping malls. The large kitchen and the open living room is great for dining and hanging out together. A spacious backyard is perfect for kids with fire pit and Hot tub.
The space
Theis is an open concept space great for cooking, dinning and hanging out. The kitchen features an island counter and breakfast bar. It also includes ovens stove top. Pots, pans and cooking utensils are included. The dining table and There is a gas fireplace and a large couch for relaxing on .

The primary bedroom has a king size bed and access to the main bathroom with a shower and deep bathtub.

The second bedroom has a Queen bed and wardrobe for storage. There is a single window looking into the back yard.

The third bedroom/office has large windows on 2 sides and gets great afternoon light and views into the backyard. Blinds provide privacy and shade in the summer. The bed is a queen . The work station has a standing desk.just to add it has has a crib.

The fourth bedroom with queen beds.

The patio in the back has a dining set that can accommodate 8 and gets sun during the day. It can be accessed from the upstairs living room with easy access to the kitchen. There is a full size BBQ on the patio also.

The backyard is large and flat and great for kids to play. A fence surrounds the yard, however there are some retaining walls that create a fall hazard for small children so supervision is necessary. There is also a fire pit.

There is a front yard and space to park 4 cars in front .
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire house, including laundry and the backyard. Guests will not have access to lockable storage.

This is our family house that we live in full time. We ask that you respect our home and take care of it as though it were your own family home

Large space, very clean, and the host was very welcoming. The kitchen had everything we needed to host a dinner. The location is also very convenient as it is walking distance to nearby stores (grocery, restaurants, etc). The only issue was that there were no duvets or warm blankets on the beds, just thin summer blankets, which is fine if it wasn't January.

We had a great stay. The house is in a fantastic location and the hot tub is an added bonus. The kitchen could be cleaner, but we would definitely stay again!

The property checked all the boxes we needed. Outdoor area and hot tub to relax and enjoy. Enough bedrooms and bathrooms for us and lots of indoor space and all the amenities needed. Our only complaint was a dirty bathroom and a broken soap dispenser. Host refunded the cleaning fee for the dirt. No complaints. A fabulous stay for our family.

Great family getaway

Everything was clean, comfortable and as expected. Our host replied promptly to any questions. It was perfect for our extended family visit with the large dining table, hot tub and bbq. It was an easy walk to shopping and restaurants and short drives to great hikes.

Annual Squamish Trip

Great residence. 4-bedroom house with a funky extra bed in the master bedroom. Nice kitchen with all amenities and great washing facilities too. Hot tub was great, BBQ too, and even had a propane fire pit in the back.

Home located close to hiking. Easy to get to Whistler for skiing.

Although the bathrooms and kitchen needed a little cleaning before we settled in the house had a lot of room for our family and the beds were comfortable. The owner was contacted about the cleaning concerns and said it would be addressed with the cleaning person.

Great home in great location

This was just as advertised! The home was clean, big and had everything we needed. Just down the road from the grocery, nestled into a neighborhood, it provided a great place to rest each night after our adventures, comfortable beds, and a full kitchen to prepare our meals. Only one thing was tricky: the kitchen faucet - we were either not smart enough to know exactly how it worked or else was not working properly, as sometimes it would turn off mid-use and then we’d have to jostle the handle to get it back on.
