Kanangra Place, heart of the Yarra Valley!
Centrally located in the heart of the Yarra Valley, Woori Yallock is only 1 hour from Melbourne CBD. A great place to relax or explore all that the Yarra Valley and nearby Dandenong Ranges has to offer. Kanangra is the Wurundjeri word for beautiful view, and is a new home with a low carbon footprint.
Kanangra Place has three comfortable bedrooms, the master has a queen bed, ensuite, 40 inch TV and a split system for heating and cooling. The other two bedrooms have double beds, ceiling fans and portable heaters. You will be comfortable all year round as there is also a split system for heating and cooling in the main living space.
The lower half of he house is a bright and airy open plan living, dining and kitchen area. Featuring a large screen TV, L shaped lounge and bar area. Stepping from the dining area onto the back deck is where your relaxation will begin, with expansive views overlooking the valley and surrounding mountain ranges. Why not treat yourself to a nice drink garnished with a slice of lemon from our garden, grab a good book and relax on one of the sun loungers. Or cook up a few sausages on the Webber BBQ and sample some local wines from your day of winery visits.
We are proud of our energy efficient home with double glazed windows, solar panels to help with energy usage and also water tanks servicing the toilets. Your stay at Kanangra Place certainly won't disappoint!
Within easy reach of the historic township of Healesville - home to Healesville Sanctuary and the many wineries, restaurants and cafes. A short distance from Healesville is Yarra Glen and the famous Yarra Valley Chocolaterie. The popular town of Warburton is a short drive away, perfect for sightseeing and taking in nature. Why not cycle along the Warburton Lilydale Rail Trail, stopping at the different towns along the way.
Things to Note:
There are stairs inside the home and to the back garden.
Children are to be supervised in the back garden to the fish pond.
Note: there is some steepness to the driveway. The garage is not for guest use.
Whilst hand wash is provided, shampoo and other personal care products are not provided for hygiene and potential allergy reasons
