Major failure by MadeComfy. We arrived at the apartment after a 10-hour drive from Sydney to find a dirty apartment that was not clean after the previous guests. MadeComfy made no effort to assist with alternative accommodation for a family of 5. We had to cancel dinner arrangements made and we were forced to make our own arrangements last minute on Friday night. We scrambled to find suitable accommodation and it was not until 10:00pm - not something that you want to do after a long drive. We had a family wedding to attend the next day and we had to relocate again back to the apartment - very disruptive.Customer service was terrible with no one taking ownership or responsibility. A complete breakdown in communication by MadeComfy – a different person in their support team every time I called. I would not recommend them.
