Location 10/10 very spacious house suited us perfectly. Downfall was cleanliness found the property needed a good clean

Thank you for the review Christie. Our professional cleaning team had prepared the house, and a pre arrival inspection was completed by our staff. We can only presume when the owner had left the hamper they may not have removed their shoes. We have also followed up with the cleaning team regarding the bugs in the wardrobe.
