Westcoast paradise beside the sea

Your very own beachfront suite with our private waterfront access. Wake up to a beautiful sunrise and coffee on your peronal ocean view deck. Wild birds, eagles and seals are residents here. Orca and humpback pods are sometimes seen during whale season. A new spacious suite adjoined to the house with a private entrance. A must see. Bring your kayak or paddle board and enjoy a short commute to Rathtrevor Beach.

Self contained, independent like new one bedroom suite. Modern colours and loads of light from large picture windows and sliding doors
Other things to note: pet fee of $25/day. Sorry no cats due to allergies

This property is my favorite in the Parksville area, we will definitely be staying here again! The kitchen is well stocked, included spices and condiments in the fridge, Bed was very comfortable and the location and view can't be beat!

We have stayed in several rentals in different countries but this was the best ever! Immaculately clean, ample provisions, discreet labeling to guide guests, gracious and welcoming hosts, ocean view, private beach and the tang of salt air. It was a wonderful getaway for my husband, myself and our dog.

This suite was truly exceptional. The suite was extremely clean and well stocked with thoughtful additions in the kitchen, bathroom and laundry areas. Gina and her husband were excellent hosts and were responsive without feeling intrusive. We felt that Gina had a real knack for caring for her guests in a way that made one feel quite pampered. The views were stunning!

Fantastic location with great hosts.

We had an amazing time, the ocean is right there and wonderfully. You are close to lots of things and the property was comfortable and had everything we needed.

Had a great time the hosts were very accommodating (installing a gate on the stairs for our dog who is blind) The suite has a stunning view, stocked with a variety of condiments! Little things like “frosted mugs” in the freezer. Lots of information to help with your stay in the mid island region! Highly recommend we’ll be back for sure!

Perfect view and great space

Beautiful Nanoose Bay Home

If you are looking for a beautiful, quiet and scenic place to stay, then this is the place to stay. Gina and Rick are great owners who take pride in their home and rental. It’s a home away from home but with a direct view to the ocean. I would highly recommend this place. I will be definitely be returning in the future.

Excellent Experience

Overall a fantastic experience. Property is located in a quiet neighborhood with great ocean views. The suite is very clean and setup nicely. Hosts are excellent and quick to respond to inquiries. I highly recommend this property if you're considering a stay in the Nanoose Bay area!

Spring on the Island.

The suite was awesome. It was spotlessly clean and had everything you could possibly need. The area it is located is beautiful and the beach was great for hiking. The wildlife was up close and personal. We saw at least 50 sea lions swimming with 50 feet of the shoreline. The hosts were friendly and took an active interest in our needs.

An Amazing Rental

This is a great choice for both a scenic and peaceful getaway! The suite is very comfortable and exceedingly well-furnished with everything necessary and more. It is really terrific to be so close to the waterfront and to have such great views form the deck. The owners generously allow access to the sitting area near the water. The resource binder is chock full of pertinent information and very clear instructions for a stay. Signage throughout the suite makes life so easy when looking for something or wondering how to handle things like recycling, laundry, etc. Very close to activities like visiting Nanaimo, The Old Country Market in Coombs, beach walks, etc. Definitely a place to return to.

We stayed here with our 2 preteens and there was comfortable space for all of us. The space is bigger than the pictures look. The kitchen had everything we needed. The view of the water was impressive and access to the beach was mere steps away. The location was perfect. It was a quick drive to Englishman River Falls, Rathtrevor Beach, Parksville, etc. Our hosts Gina and Rick made us feel welcome and well cared for. We would definitely stay here again.

The host was friendly and responsive. She went over and above the call of duty to accommodate a request that I made. The suite was immaculately clean, well-stocked and well-appointed. The apartment is better than the photos suggest. Spotless, great view of the straits, and a very well equipped kitchen, with every utensil you could hope for. Host Gina is a super host, great with communications and tourist advice.The whole experience could not have been better.
