Ti will MANAGE (home of my parents) Fisherman's house located in Saint pol de leon between Roscoff (7km) and carantec (5km) on a site classé'remarquable al mouth of the Penzé, 20 meters from the sea. From this location you can enjoy walks on foot, by bike or by sea kayack (free) .The house is renovated and has récement all comforts for a wonderful holiday at the sea, in the countryside and quiet wifi available home

Maison inhospitalière, coincée par la RN à l'extérieur et la surabondance d'objets à l'intérieur

Maison à la fois isolée et passante, coincée entre la mer et une 2X2 voies qui relie Morlaix à Roscoff . Même si la nuisance reste modérée elle est permanente et rend l'environnement immédiat peu sympathique. Dans 3 pièces nous avons dénombré 47 tableaux , 16 lampes sur pieds , plus de 20 coussins de déco et des dizaines, (centaines ?) d'objets de déco allant des santons, aux oeufs de Fabergé, aux maquettes de bateau ...Outre les objets posés sur le meubles, il y a un meuble vitrine contenant encore des objets dans chaque pièce. Est ce cette surabondance d'objets et de meubles qui nous laisse à passer que les 110 m2 annoncés sont en réalité plus proches de 80 /90 m2 ? Cela rend la circulation à l'intérieur de la maison compliquée. La literie serait à revoir; Le tout pour un prix de location excessivement élevé; Pas d'accueil à l'arrivée ( clefs sous l'ardoise ) et retard des logeurs d' 1/2 h; au départ qui explique que nous ne les avons pas attendu - alors qu'ils nous ont eux même demandé d'avancer notre heure de départ...

Avons passé une semaine super malgré la météo nous avons fait de belles balades et découvert des lieux sympa le gîte est agréable avec son jardin et très bien équipé a refaire

Maison parfaitement conforme à l'annonce. L'estuaire au bout du jardin est magnifique. Attention toutefois, suivant le vent la route peut être un peu bruyante. Les logeurs sont très sympas.

Séjour très agréable

Le Gîte est très agréable, calme, très bien équipé avec tout le confort nécessaire, surtout en cette saison automnale. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et de bon conseil au début du séjour. On y reviendra avec un grand plaisir si nous repassons dans le Finistère. Mention particulière pour les kayaks et les combinaisons qui permettent de profiter pleinement de la proximité de l'eau à marée haute.

Schönes Fischerhaus mit traumhaftem Garten

Wir haben zu Dritt einen schönen Urlaub in dem Haus verbracht. Das Haus ist nett eingerichtet, allerdings war mir persönlich die Dekoration zu viel, so dass man den Eindruck bekommt, dass das Haus damit vollgestopft ist. Außerdem hat man dadurch auch wenig Platz, wenn man sich bei schlechtem Wetter im Haus aufhält. Der Garten ist ein absoluter Traum! Man braucht gar keine Ausflüge mehr zu unternehmen, weil es Erholung pur ist, nur im Garten zu sitzen und auf das Wasser und die Boote zu schauen.

Erholsamer Urlaub, sehr empfehlenswert

Wir haben 2 Wochen in diesem gemütlichen Fischerhaus verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wenn man Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist man in Saint Yves genau richtig, aber man kann von dort auch sehr schöne Ausflüge machen und die Bratagne erkunden.

Très jolie petite maison avec un cadre magnifique

Nous avons passé d'agréables vacances. Très belles région à visiter absolument. Le mois d'Avril n'étant pas trop à conseiller car beaucoup de vent. La maison est très agréable avec vue sur la rivière et les bateaux. Je conseille très vivement cette location dans laquelle nous pensons revenir.

Belle petite maison correctement équipée avec une vue à couper le souffle. Bel espace dans le jardin clos pour le chien. La petite visite chez le voisin ostréiculteur ne gâte rien... Bon contact avec des propriétaires à l’écoute.

Idéalement placé, littéralement les pieds dans l’eau, pour profiter du lever du soleil sur la mer...

Gite confortable et calme, bien équipé. On sait qu’on est dans une maison de famille par le foisonnement de petits meubles, bibelots et tableaux. L’endroit est idéal pour visiter les environs, de l’ile Gallot a l’ile de Batz. Ne pas manquer l’ostreiculteur établi à quelques encablures en aval pour profiter des huîtres élevées dans la Penzé, délicieuses, charnues et iodées. Un grand bol d’air !

A ceux qui n'ont pas la chance d'avoir la mer près de chez eux apprécierons cette location avec un jardin magnifique au bord de l'eau. Une semaine très agréable dans une région superbe même en automne avec un généreux soleil en plus.

Saint Pol de Léon est un véritable écrin de la Bretagne magnifiques plages et superbe village. L'accueil par les propriétaires est exemplaire et le gite est génial pour quatre adultes. Superbe semaine de vacances que je recommande à tous.
