The space
Guest Home has a relaxing comfortable family atmosphere. The home is pet friendly to all respectful Pet Owners - Fully fenced yard. 80% of bookings are Guests with dogs of all shapes and sizes AND no issues with the yard space available or fencing issues to date
The home could also be used for work related events. Central location to Gold Coast and Ballina Airports for air travel access being approx 45min easy drive on motorway
Guest access
The home has two separate levels totally disconnected from each other. The upper level is the guesthouse listed. It has its own entry, parking and guests have sole use of the Pool.
The downstairs unit is not in use during Airbnb stays and guests do not have access to the downstairs level.
There is NO internal access from downstairs Unit to the Guesthouse on the upper level level and vice versa.
Other things to note

Property was large with plenty of room both in the house and in the yard, so very suitable for a family and for pet as well. Everything there for your use and great care package left. Hosts very amenable and happy to provide what is needed. Large pool especially good for kids. Would be happy to return at a later date. Reasonable price.
