Great condo! It was stocked with everything we could need and very comfortable. We loved the mountain view from the patio, walking distance to the coffee shop, watching hot air balloons fly over us every morning and overall had a wonderful trip.

Fabulous Location

The condo is in a great centralized location. Ability to walk dog and just get outside to do some fun family activities was a bonus. Condo layout a bit tight - however, it was plenty big enough for 4 + a dog and a week+ stay in cool Colorado.

Condo was wonderful, clean, spacious. We did find several pots & pans that had food stuck on them and felt greasy in the cabinets. Otherwise, it was a great stay.

Everything was wonderful! The condo was clean and furnishings very nice. The location is perfect since it is walking distance to several restaurants, grocery store, etc. The condo is a corner unit so there is plenty of sunlight. They keep the grounds at the complex immaculate. It is a very quiet, relaxing complex. The hot air balloon took off very close to the unit this time so we were able to watch it a couple of mornings. This was our 3rd time staying at this condo and probably won't be the last! Our 10 lb. furbaby loves it also!

Great condo

Very nice and clean condo. Have stayed at evolve properties all over the country and they are top notch. One minor downfall is the condo roof is metal and can be very loud if raining. Other than that great place!

Amazing little stay!

Overall the stay was great. The house was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need! It was cozy and a great place to relax. You are near by the town and so many food options as well which was a major perk. The only thing that was negative was the main king bed, feel like it might need to be replaced but luckily we were able to switch to the queen bed which was a lot more comfortable. Other than that we had a great stay!

It was a little hard to find in the complex because the house numbers are hard to read, and it is tucked behind a row of them. Super private tho.

The unit was very nice and clean. However we are not used to using Roku, and without more detailed instructions, we were not able to watch TV during our stay; very frustrating. And through no one’s fault, it was very difficult leaving this unit because the sidewalks were completely flooded. But the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked.

Pagosa Golf Course Townhouse

This is a property that allows pets, and we were very happy to be able to bring our dog. Because there is quite a hefty fee for bringing a dog, I expected that there would be no obvious signs of other people's pets. Unfortunately, there were several stains on rugs and an underlying odor despite many air fresheners in every room. Otherwise, the location is great! The renovations are excellent. The space is very comfortable.

Private evaluation for owner and Evolve

Beautiful and tastefully decorated home on spacious grounds. Only disappointment was a beautiful television with sadly poor operating instructions which required NUMEROUS entries of a printed password for entry. Very frustrating!!!Individual soap, shampoo and conditioner would seem far more reasonable and sanitary!
