The Place For Your Stay.

The home is very clean, comfortable, quiet and equipped with all your needs for a relaxing home away from home stay. Super responsive professional host that gave clear check-in/out instructions and rules of the home... overall great stay in deland while visiting mom's grave site and will definitely book on my next Deland visit... again thank you for the opportunity...

Very roomy house, close to the highways and short walk or very short drive (5 minutes) to downtown Deland and Stetson. Very clean, appreciated the fully stocked kitchen, plenty of fun games (board games, foosball/bumper pool table) and 3 spacious rooms. Host responsiveness very immediate.

Great place in DeLand!

This house met all our needs. Great location. The beds were comfortable. The only suggestion would be to have a few more chairs in the living room. The host was responsive to fix the shower head.

Newly renovated home in Deland

Beautiful renovations; Nice selection of rooms for my family (king bd, queen and two singles); great location for touring Deland; wonderful outdoor space with multiple sets of tables and chairs; was able to see a lot of manatees at Blue Springs; downtown Deland was delightful with cute shops and restaurants.

Deland 3 bedroom house

We were alums attending Stetson University for homecoming weekend. We were very pleased with the property. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped although we did not eat meals there, except for coffee and bagels in the morning. We loved the water and ice dispenser on the refrigerator door. The seating in the living room was very comfortable for chatting with a cup of coffee or watching tv. The yard was huge and had outdoor table and chairs. The carport and side entrance came in handy on the afternoon it was raining hard. We look forward to returning for next year’s homecoming weekend.

Personnel not helpful

Nice space but the Wi-Fi was out without them communicating that to us. When I texted them about this and glitchy lighting which prevented us from sleeping at night during the stay, they didn’t give good customer service.

Hi Angela, We pride ourselves on being available for all our guests to rectify any issues that may arise. We did not hear from you regarding any issues or concerns. When we did communicate you indicated that everything was ok and that you were satisfied with our home. You did not let us know about the lighting issue or WIFI until the last day when you checked out. I have provided these messages to Evolve. We do not feel your review corresponds with your messages and were surprised by the content in the review as well as the rating. We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!

Great location and Comfortable home

This was a stopover while bringing my 80 yr old mother from Finland to Alaska, and it was perfect. The house is not wheelchair friendly but it is really close. My mom was able to navigate the 3 stairs outside and once inside, there was plenty of room for the walker. This is an older home that has been nicely updated. Rooms were large, beds were comfy and all the basics were there. While it has a nice back yard, access was inconvenient for a disabled person so we never got to use it. Also, it has a full size modern washer/drier, but you have to go outside to a separate room to use it. Overall, this was a great stay and I would do it again if the need arises. Also, response from the host was almost instantaneous. Thank you!!
