West of US 41 in a beautiful Park Shore area of Naples, Florida a wonderful vacation awaits you! Gracious living in Gulf Heights Condominium, small and quiet 12 unit community available for your vacation stay. This charming residence is immaculate, well appointed, and tastefully furnished. It has everything you could desire. Enjoy your morning coffee or a quiet candled light dinner on a screened lanai. Note that kitchen is not renovated and there is no ice-maker in refrigerator. The pool area is just steps away. No pets and never had a smoker. It is within walking distance to Fresh Market and Publix grocery stores. Neighborhood is great for walking and bike riding with sidewalks throughout. Only 0.7 of a mile to Venetian Village and the beach. Close to all Naples has to offer: Waterside Shops, the Philharmonic, 5th Ave S. An access pass to the Private "Members Only" Park Shore Beach will be provided. Association approval is required.

We fulfilled all our expectations.

The condo is well furnished and everything function properly. During our stay there were peoples taking care of the garden, trees and pool. The house keeper is a dedicated person and a building manager is available if needed. The owner did all she can to make our sejour comfortable. The condo is conveniently located and a private entrance to the beach make us feel like vip. Ours neighbours are friendly. We intend to come back next year.
