The place itself is ok. The check in process is a joke! It's as simple as that. Run by a bunch of Shonks!

Disliked: Check-in, communication
do not book this unless you are staying for a while, and you are good with organization!I booked this through stayz which booked it with an independent travel organizer and the process was so weird, had to go to an office in town then go back to the resort to get in but to get additional towels etc. you have to go back into the office, very confusing
