You like comfort and beautiful things, you appreciate the nature, the sea and the authenticity of Brittany; this old fisherman's house renovated with taste and quality materials offers Brittany to the standards of comfort of today for 8 people.

Authenticity, functionality, comfort and brightness are the watchwords of this house.
Ideally located, a few hundred meters from the very preserved beach of the Kerver and the golf of the same name (direct access on foot by a small path); our house is a haven of peace at the end of the fabulous and very popular Presqu'île de Rhuys.

Push the gate and discover its enclosed garden (deckchairs, BBQ). Hydrangeas, agapanthus, oleander and palm trees will enchant you.
Go through the door and you discover on the ground floor a beautiful living room with its stone walls and fireplace. 
You then find a room (Dune) with its shower room (slate and oak, walk-in shower with sky shower) and its separate WC.
Always on the ground floor and opening onto a terrace at the back the large dining room with open kitchen offers volume, brightness and functionality to indulge in all your culinary pleasures. Induction plates, drawer and microwave ovens, robots, Nespresso machines, double refrigerators, filtered and carbonated water ... you have everything you need to succeed Fars, pancakes, sea bream or other simple dishes and delicious or more elaborate.

By borrowing the staircase of oak and steel you discover on the floor three rooms (Saline, Coral and Ocean) and their ultra bright bathroom (tub, Italian shower, WC).

Authenticity, functionality, comfort and brightness are the watchwords of this house.

Bonne

Le bien est situé à Tumiac près du Super U, de la plage et du golf. l'endroit est calme. Il a été bien modernisé et est fonctionnel et bien équipé. Le jardin est agréable et fleuri avec recherche voir raffinement. Le propriétaire a le souci de bien informer les locataires et de répondre à la demande et aux remarques constructives. Il s'attend à ce que les locataires aient le même souci que lui à bien soigner le bien. En résumé un propriétaire sérieux, un bien d'exception, des vacances agréables A retenir.

merveilleuse maison

Nous avons séjourné 3 semaines, dans cette magnifique maison rénovée avec beaucoup de goût et avec des matériaux de grand standing. La maison est extrêmement bien tenue (et très spacieuse) avec une décoration soignée, le jardin y est fleuri et agréable. Le propriétaire est disponible, et fait tout son possible pour que les locataires passent des vacances très confortables, paisibles et sans souci. La maison est proche de la plage et proche des commerces. Le descriptif de l'annonce correspond à la réalité. Adresse que nous ne manquerons pas de partager avec les amis.

Comfortable & lovely house in a great location

We absolutely have enjoyed our stay here. It’s a lovely & well thought-out refurbished house. The kitchen is equipped with everything you can think of (induction cooker, microwave, oven, coffee maker, many & different pots & tools). Downstairs the open space between kitchen, dining room & living room with fireplace gives much room, but still is cozy. Beds are comfortable, bathrooms as well. On the patio we have enjoyed the afternoon & evening sun. The beach (long and beautiful) is only a 10 minutes’ walk away (probably less than that), just a small path along the nearby golf course. We would love to come back (and plan to) & can recommend this house without any qualifications.

Maison de charme

Il va être difficile de ne pas faire dans les superlatifs concernant cette location à Arzon. Le propriétaire se montre pointilleux, mais on comprend très vite pourquoi au vue de la maison,.Si l'on ressent tout de suite l'authenticité de cette maison bretonne on observe immédiatement que le soucis du détail anime ses propriétaires.Une décoration très soignée alliant authenticité et modernité. Que dire de la situation de la maison...tout bonnement idéale aux confins d'Arzon, proximité plage et centre-ville. Bien évidemment cette location est à recommander. Toutefois on serait tenté de garder cette adresse confidentielle !!! Nous ne manquerons d'y revenir lors d'un prochain séjour dans la région.

Une superbe maison avec jardin

La maison était très confortable et très bien équipée. Nous avons apprécié la décoration à la fois sobre et recherchée et l'installation mise en place pour écouter de la musique dans chaque piéce. Le jardin protégé était parfait apour nos jeunes enfants. Une adresse idéale pour une famille. Les plages des environs sont belles. Arzon est le lieu parfait pour des excursions dans le Golfe du Morbihan. Côté pratique, les nombreux supermarchés proches permettent de se ravitailler pour préparer d'excellents barbecues. A recommander sans hésitation!

Agréable séjour

Charmante location alliant modernité et authenticité décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Situation idéale proche de l'océan et des commerces, tout en bénéficiant d'un quartier calme. Les qualités de service du propriétaire sont toutes aussi appréciables; ainsi que la gentillesse de la personne en charge de l'état des lieux et de la remise des clés. Bref un séjour agréable à partager aussi bien en famille qu'entre amis.

Retour d'un séjour très reussi

Bonjour, Merci de nous donner l'occasion de formuler nos appréciations concernant notre séjour à Arzon. La maison est très belle aussi bien à l'extérieur comme à l'intérieur. Sa décoration est de bon goût, le lieu est clair, épuré, moderne et en même temps très chaleureux. Tout est fonctionnel. C'est tout à fait notre style. On s'y sentait bien comme chez nous. D'ailleurs, nous avons passe de bonnes soirées autour de la grande table familiale (jeux de sociétés en toute convivialité). Même à l'extérieur, dans le jardin nous nous sentions bien : bel aménagement. Le plus, la région très belle et encore mieux, mais vous n'y étiez pour rien : SOLEIL, toujours SOLEIL durant cette semaine ! Et encore plus, la plage à quelques pas ! SUPERBE LOCATION. Nous espérons y revenir. Nous espérons avoir rendu le lieu parfaitement à votre image. Merci Cordialement

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le cadre et le confort de cette maison magnifique à quelques centaines de mètres de l'océan. La tranquillité du site et l'ambiance de la maison sont un appel à la prolongation du séjour. Nous reviendrons.
