Thank you for the opportunity to respond to your review for Zalanta 222! We’re so happy that you were able to enjoy the wonderful location and amenities. It is disappointing to hear that there were any issues during your stay. For future guests to note, Zalanta is a town home complex located right across the street from the Heavenly Gondola. They have their own front desk as well as 24/7 onsite security. Additionally, the townhomes at Zalanta are privately owned residences, and while our homes are not pet-friendly, not all homeowners follow those same practices. For any assistance needed, our teams are available 7 days a week, 9am to 6pm Pacific time. We’re more than happy to contact the staff for Zalanta on your behalf should any issues or emergencies arise during your stay. We’re very sorry this was your experience in our home, and hope that despite this, you were able to enjoy the remainder of your stay in Tahoe.

Evelyn, we appreciate the opportunity to respond to your review. We’re unsure how you came to this conclusion as we have reviewed our communications with you during your stay. We addressed your cleanliness concerns promptly by text, and then a member of our team went to the home shortly after you contacted us to do a touch up clean and address your other concerns. We tried to contact you to see where the miscommunication could have been but have not heard back. We were very saddened to see this review, as we believe we did our best to accommodate your needs and make sure you were comfortable for your stay.

We apologize for the issues with the AC and parking during your stay. Your dates were over a heatwave in Tahoe and many AC units were having a hard time keeping up. We’re so glad you found a solution that worked for you! For any future stays, please let us know if you are having any issues with parking and we will address that with the security staff onsite. You are correct that the summer is our busiest season but you should always have your allotted spaces available to you. Your understanding and consideration of staying with us again during an off-peak season means a lot. We hope to provide an even better experience next time Heather!
