A lovely place to stay. Quiet in the off season. We wandered the lake at sunrise and saw so many platypuses.

Everything was great - but just hoped it would be cheaper. Ski holidays are expensive in Australia and when the weather is terrible with respect to snow fall, it makes it really risky to pay so much for a poor overall ski experience. This is why i've started going to NZ as I don't mind paying the price for ensuring a quality ski trip.
